James A. Barnett

James Barnett Bio James A. Barnett, CPM & CCIM, has been active in multifamily, retail and commercial real estate since 1970 for successful developers and as owner of his own company in two states. He attended Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio, as well as studies at Ohio State University and the University of Houston. In 1984, Mr. Barnett obtained his Ohio Real Estate Broker's license, a Florida Real Estate Broker's license in 1998 and an Alabama Real Estate Broker's license in 2004. He continues actively licensed in all three states.

Peter J. Barnett

Peter Barnett Bio Peter J. Barnett, CCIM has been an active part of the commercial real estate and property management industry since 1995. He began his career working at an early age on large multifamily tax credit properties, learning quickly the various aspects of property management. He then became actively involved in leasing, management, financial analysis, and maintenance of these properties, learning first hand the requirements needed to maintain a solid, profitable investment. Peter joined J.A. Barnett Realty Group, Inc. in 1997, to offer large scale investment real estate services from a boutique, family owned and operated firm.

Stephanie Rodriguez

Stephanie Rodriguez Bio Stephanie Rodriguez, Realtor, has been an active part of the real estate industry since 2004. She has an extensive background in Accounting & Financial Analysis. Formerly an associate of PharMerica (a subsidiary of Amerisource Bergen, one of the nation's largest pharmaceutical service providers), she was responsible for feasibility & profitability studies on large corporate initiatives, including a project resulting in a savings of $6 million. Prior to that position she worked as an accountant for PharMerica and was also employed by a local CPA. Stephanie's transition to commercial real estate was a logical one as she takes an active interest in her clients' investment goals, determining the profitability of each investment and helping generate maximum profit from property sales. She also is involved in leasing and property management.
