Stephanie Rooks

Stephanie L. Rooks, Realtor, has been an active part of the real estate industry since 1999. She began her career in commercial property management, managing over 1,000,000 sf. of commercial property for a large banking company ranked 17th in the top “Fortune 100” companies. Her skill in management there provided her the know-how that is necessary to help her clients facilitate effectively the purchase and if needed, management of their investment properties.

Real Estate Experience:

After becoming a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, she received training and sales experience in the residential aspect of the industry before joining J.A. Barnett Realty Group to expand her expertise of commercial real estate. She has worked with many clients in a wide range of commercial property transactions including but not limited to the purchase and management of multi-family apartment complexes and office buildings.

Education:

Stephanie received extensive training in management of commercial properties. She received her Sales Associate license in 2003 and continues adding to her education to better equip her to help educate clients to make smart choices with their investments.
