Stephanie Rodriguez

Stephanie Rodriguez, Realtor, has been an active part of the real estate industry since 2004. She has an extensive background in Accounting & Financial Analysis. Formerly an associate of PharMerica (a subsidiary of Amerisource Bergen, one of the nation's largest pharmaceutical service providers), she was responsible for feasibility & profitability studies on large corporate initiatives, including a project resulting in a savings of $6 million. Prior to that position she worked as an accountant for PharMerica and was also employed by a local CPA. Stephanie's transition to commercial real estate was a logical one as she takes an active interest in her clients' investment goals, determining the profitability of each investment and helping generate maximum profit from property sales. She also is involved in leasing and property management.

Real Estate Experience:

Though having experience in residential real estate, Stephanie specializes in multi-family and income producing properties. She has also proven successful in other aspects of commercial real estate including professional office buildings. Her financial acumen has allowed her to assist many clients in not only pricing their investment properties but also in helping them identify properties for purchase that give them the greatest return on their hard earned money.

Education:

Stephanie is a member of the National Association of Realtors and has a degree in Computer Science. Her future education plan include earning the CCIM designation.
